Good to know
Do I need an account?
No. Just get started – your deadlines are still stored safely, and only you can see them. They are tied to your browser on this device – if you clear your browser data, they're gone.
What happens after the 30 days?
With Livo Plus everything carries on as before. Without Plus you can still view and delete your deadlines, but you can't add or change any, and reminders stop.
Does Livo Plus renew automatically?
No. You pay €11.99 once for one year. After that you decide whether to extend – there's no subscription and nothing to cancel.
Does heylivo work on iPhone?
Yes. To get reminders, tap “Share” in Safari, then “Add to Home Screen”, and open heylivo from the new icon.
How does “Hey Livo” work?
Speech recognition is done by your browser (in Chrome, for example, via Google; in Safari via Apple). Livo only receives the recognised text and works out the type, date and time of the deadline. You check everything before it's saved. Livo understands 10 languages: English, German, Italian, Greek, Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Turkish and Polish.
